Our Story
Creating bedtime magic for little dreamers
We started Slumberbuds in 2022 as parents of two little kids that loved anything on wheels, but had trouble sleeping. Bedtime was always a challenge, and we were searching for something that could help.
It was difficult to find stuffed toys that really fit their personalities well. Everything out there felt generic or didn't quite capture what our kids were into. So, we decided to create our own, inspired by them and what they loved.
Our little plush Trash Truck Tommy, Cory the car character and story turned out to be the perfect combination of imagination and adventure time before sleep. You know that time when the kids are usually rowdy and don't want to settle down? This was a great way to whisk them off to dreamland while keeping them engaged.
After seeing how well it worked for our family, we thought other parents might appreciate having these kinds of toys and stories too. There are grandparents looking for meaningful gifts, parents struggling with bedtime routines, and kids who just want something that speaks to their interests.
We aim to grow and create more of these great stories and stuffed toys for our community of parents, grandparents and kids alike. We hope you'll join us on this journey.
